Daniele Cervino, Esq. and Donald Richardson will participate in the NJSBA Environmental Law Forum program regarding Post Remedial Care Liabilities and Solutions.  This event is hosted by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and New Jersey State Bar Association.   The program will be held on June 25th in Avalon, NJ.
 
The event offers attorneys and environmental practitioners a wide variety of sessions geared toward clarification and discussion of the impact of new environmental legislation on business including real estate transactions, environmental insurance, relationships with consultants, ethics, and the NJDEP Site Remediation Program. 

Ms. Cervino, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of EWMA, is widely published and frequently asked to speak on timely topics relating to environmental issues.  Mr. Richardson is Vice Present of EWMA and is an expert in environmental geology and hydrogeology.
