EWMA's successful SECUR-IT® guaranteed cleanup cost program is now being expanded to meet post closure needs.  Our new Post Remediation Care Liability Assumption (PRCLA) program is designed to meet the post closure needs of responsible parties, especially under this new RAP program in New Jersey.  This program covers liability, technical and financial assurance obligations.  We can customize to a client’s risk profile for a single or portfolio of sites, and can include environmental liability insurance and structured settlements to support indemnities offered in our guaranteed fixed price contract.  An environmental structured settlement uses a guaranteed secure annuity funding mechanism for all the known monitoring and maintenance costs.  This innovative funding mechanism satisfies NJDEP Remediation Trust Fund Agreement specifications and features simplicity and lower cost to implement over conventional funding mechanisms.

Schutzer, PE as Senior Project Engineer.  Tom will be providing engineering support to our remediation projects.  He has more than 15 years of technical experience.  Prior to joining EWMA, Tom was Project Manager for Langan Engineering. 

Parsippany, N.J., July 1, 2010 – Daniele Cervino, has completed the Bergen LEADS Class of 2010 seminar year.

Ms. Cervino, along with 29 other class members, hosted a Public Forum on the Future of Local Government.  The forum was moderated by former New Jersey Governor Tom Kean and held at Bergen Community College.

Daniele Cervino, Esq. and Donald Richardson will participate in the NJSBA Environmental Law Forum program regarding Post Remedial Care Liabilities and Solutions.  This event is hosted by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and New Jersey State Bar Association.   The program will be held on June 25th in Avalon, NJ.
