EWMA and CohnReznick to Host Seminar on Estate Planning: Is Your Property At Environmental Risk?
EWMA, an environmental consulting and remediation firm, and CohnReznick, a national advisory and accounting services firm, announced they are co-hosting a complimentary estate planning and environmental seminar, on Thursday, December 5, 2019.
Joy Matak, Principal and Trusts and Estates National Practice Co-Leader of CohnReznick, and Donald Richardson, President of EWMA, combine their years of industry experience to lead the panel discussion. Joy Matak, CohnReznick, has garnered an impressive background in wealth strategy, with over 20 years in the field. She is also an established author and speaker, having been published in the Hudson Valley Business Journal and the Tax Management Estates, Gifts and Trusts Journal, among other notable publications.
Donald Richardson, EWMA, boasts over 25 years in environmental consulting and contracting, acquiring diverse project experience from his time in the industry. He is an expert in environmental risk management, investigation, remediation, post remediation care, and Brownfields redevelopment. He is also a frequent speaker on the integration of innovative cleanup strategies to meet regulatory closure and project business objectives.
The seminar will discuss strategies for mitigating environmental liability during estate planning, exploring ways to minimize tax burdens; protect against regulators; limit environmental cleanup costs; maintain and increase property values; protect businesses for the next generation; and transfer estates with peace of mind.
The event will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2019, at the CohnReznick office (4th floor, 4 Becker Farm Rd, Roseland, NJ). Registration will open in the conference room at 7:30 AM, where breakfast will be provided. The panel discussion will follow, beginning at 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM.
