A SOLES Report summarizes publically available environmental databases and information sources concerning a property in a concise report that can assist in early decision making regarding potential environmental liabilities associated with a prospective property purchase.
- Accelerated File Review is a service that EWMA provides to clients that need to access and review files at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) offices to develop an understanding of the environmental condition of a property they are considering purchasing. We can often obtain the files for review on an expedited one week turnaround time.
