New Version Of The New York Brownfield Cleanup Program Applications & Agreements

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) has issued a revised version of the Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP).  The program policy provides guidance on the application process, as well as the general terms and conditions for Brownfield Cleanup Agreements (BCAs) under NYSDEC’s BCP.  It also includes guidance on the process for amending and terminating a BCA.  The BCP application form under the “How to Apply” section and the standard BCA under “Brownfield Cleanup Agreement” will provide additional information about the application process.
