Mr. Rooney is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) and seasoned project manager with a broad environmental investigation and remediation background. This background includes over ten years of consulting experience. Mr. Rooney is proficient in site management, environmental site assessment, remedial investigations, water quality modeling, in situ soil and groundwater remediation, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Rooney has experience in design and implementation of soil and groundwater sampling plans and mediation between client and regulatory agencies. His primary focus is on groundwater and soil pollution abatement projects in New Jersey.
