Permitting of a transformer production facility for use of paints and solvents in their manufacturing process. A hazardous air pollutant risk evaluation was conducted on the paint components to see if a full risk assessment was needed.
Permitting of defense contractor facilities in NJ and PA to determine if solvent usage exceeded state potential to emit concentrations. Included permitting of soil vapor extraction systems for gasoline and chlorinated solvent discharge sites.
LSRP of Record for the ownership transfer of industrial properties in Jersey City and Linden, NJ under the NJDEP’s Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA). Oversaw the site and remedial investigations of historic fill and potential discharges from historical operations at the property. This included putting together a sampling program and driller scope of work for per and polyfluroalkyl substances (PFAS) sampling. Compiled a Remediation Certification, and Remedial Funding Source and cost estimate, so the property could be sold while undergoing the ISRA process.
