EWMA’s ability to also design and integrate future site development planning into our remedial action supports our client’s overall project timeframes and redevelopment goals.

EWMA has also designed a unique remediation program, known as SECUR-IT®, that provides a guaranteed fixed-price for the remediation, which can be backed by an insurance policy to limit liability for responsible parties. SECUR-IT® allows a property owner to quantify environmental remediation costs, which can be instrumental when seeking financing for a property.
