EWMA performs regulatory compliance audits to meet state and federal environmental rules and regulations for both small and large businesses and organizations. EWMA conducts a comprehensive audit of a property to confirm compliance with current environmental rules and regulations, including environmental permitting and record keeping. Our regulatory compliance services include inspections, permitting and reporting for a vast array of environmental areas. These include but are not limited to air, water, asbestos, lead-based paint, Community Right-to-Know Act, Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA), solid waste, Underground Storage Tanks (USTs), Toxic Release Inventory (TRI), Toxic Catastrophe Prevention Act (TCPA), Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) / Discharge, Prevention, Containment, and Countermeasure (DPCC), Noise Control Act and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance.
